We’re committed to delivering your Jivvasi styles quickly, safely, and with love.

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

• Occasionally delay may occur due to high order volume or courier issue or during festive season; but we always strive to ship your order on time.

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS/WhatsApp.

• The average delivery time across India is 4-10 days after dispatch.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders within India.

• No additional handling fees will be charged for COD orders.

• Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your registered email or SMS/WhatsApp.

• You can also check your order status anytime in our “Track Order” section.

• Our courier partners will make three delivery attempts.

• If the order is not accepted and marked RTO (Return to Origin) due to customer related reasons, a reshipment fee of ₹200 will be applicable.
