Exchange Policy
Valid reasons for Exchange
We offer exchanges for:
• Size issues
• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective products
Exchange Window
• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange Eligibility
• Product(s) should be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Product(s) with stains, damage, or sign of wear are not eligible unless received in that condition.
Exchange Charges
• The first exchange would be free of cost.
• If you request for a second exchange for the same product(s), an additional ₹250 charges will apply.
• Only two exchanges are allowed.
Exchange Process
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order ID & issue.
2. Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup. Picked will be attempted twice. If pickup is unsuccessful, we request you to self ship the item(s).
3. After we receive & inspect the item(s), the new product(s) will be shipped in 3–5 business days.
Important Note
• The exchange request address should be same as the original delivery address.
• If pick service is not available at your pin code, we kindly request you to self ship the product to our location. The return address will be shared once your request is approved.
How to hand over your exchange parcel
• Pack item in original packaging
• Hand it to the delivery agent scheduled by our team
• Keep the pickup receipt as proof

Return Window

• An email with pictures or videos clearly depicting the issues with the product(s) should be sent within 7 days after receiving the order.

• Once the product(s) is passed through quality check, your refund will processed within 14 days.
Refund Policy
• For prepaid order - the refund amount will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request.
• For COD orders - the refund amount will be processed within 10 days of receiving the request.
Cancellation Policy
You can may place a request for cancellation of partial or entire order between Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM by writing to support@jivvasi.com before the order has been shipped.
Your order can only be cancelled if it is yet to be shipped.
Color Difference Notice
The Color in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting.
